We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

βœ… Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and contents must be intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return request

⚠️ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


🚨 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective unit

  • A wrong item

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear images/videos of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or resolution accordingly.


❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product used, installed, or damaged after delivery

  • Missing accessories or packaging

  • Physical damage not shown in unboxing video

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Change of mind / no longer needed

  • In other approved cases, the customer may be required to bear shipping charges
